UBER EATS DRIVER ****

This is the second time Ive experience this and my wife has experienced once so three times in total we have had uber delivery drivers mark the order as complete without delivering the food. Ive contacted uber and they say the driver tried to make contact and I agreed he did and I messaged him back saying I will wait on the road to help him find the house but uber refuse to acknowledge that or the fact that he only texted me via the app and i tried to call him twice and did not answer then five mins after his last text, placed the food on the road took a pic and marked it delivered. Enough is enough and if Uber wont acknowledge the **** that is running I wont use them any more, Ive just deleted my app. While it wont hurt them financially i see many other users have experience the same problem, so this is a real problem.
