Uber Eats dont even bother bringing food

Worst delivery service in ZA Food ordered at 16:30, indicated delivery for 35min

Hour an a half later app is just adding time, we cant contact support because there is no support line. Waited another 30min for support to reply via chat. Support's answer, Oh we see the order was cancelled, you weren't charged. But is not 18:30 and nothing else is open. What are we supposed to eat? Supporting the people...whatever. I hope your poor service costs you your business
