Uber eats dont deliver your food to correct address.

I placed an order via uber eats app and received a message that my order was delivered but i received no order. It was truly difficult process to get issue resolved and it still is not resolved. My concern is how the uber drivers has managed to manipulate the system. They collect order from restaurant, drive to wrong location and hoot, guve you a miss cal anf then mark order as delivered knowing that they eill score free meal. How many customers have fallen prey to this type of behavior. I am one of those customers. I tracked the driver and waited outside for his arrival. I then received a miss call from him, phone bearly even rang long so i called him back on his personal cell no that happened to be switched off. Tried calling him 10 times and phone remained switched off. He followed his own sneaky protocol and got away with a free meal. Uber eats reply to me was that my meal is not refundable because driver followed all protocols. This a new type of food **** from drivers. I waited outside my house for the driver and he didnt pitch. Just want to inform everyone to be aware of these things.
