Uber eats dont care

What a joke. I have constantly received unhelpful responses on an issue I have with Uber Eats.

The other night I ordered Macdonalds and I wrote in the notes field 'MUST BE COKE ZERO'. I received a coke. This was not the first time this has happened. I notmally accept it and dont drink the drink. I told the deliverer to take the order back. I was going to accept this again. He left after a long time arguing with me about the order. Then he changes the status of the delivery to 'Order delivered'. Uber eats only refunds me for the drink. I have been in communication with them for over a week just trying to get a refund of R100 but it is impossible. It is not about the money, its the principle. What a joke T
