Uber eats doesn't deliver on food or service

I placed an order on the 23rd Feb. Received a delivered notification on the app, but the order never arrived. I tried calling the driver several times, all calls to him ignored, he then blocked my number. Tried calling from a different number he blocked that too. The map showing the delivered address isnt even the correct road. Logged a dispute on the website, got a reply saying the driver tried to make contact with me and therefore I am no due a refund. I gave sent several replies back on the app showing o calls were made to me, showing my calls made to the driver and the map and I'm just ignored. Ubereats is unreachable via phone or email. Just their generic app.
