UBER EATS DOES NOT WANT TO REFUND ME MY MONEY

Last week Friday, 14 February 2025 I ordered a meal using UberEats app at a restaurant close to where I stay. But my order never arrived to my place.

I sent an email complaining that my order never arrived and it is marked as DELIVERED on the app . To my surprised uber informs me that they will not give me a refund but they will attend to the complaint. I sent another complaint asking why am I not getting my refund but they continued saying there will be no refund for this order.

Now how is it my problem that the driver never sent me an sms or anything with regards to my food? Where was my food delivered since it was marked as DELIVERED? Why is UBER NOT REFUNDING ME the money that is due to me?

This is so unprofessional and still I receive messages from UBER for their specials. Am I still expected to order after I was CHARGED FOR FOOD THAT NEVER ARRIVED IN MY HOUSE?

Can this matter please be sorted out immediately and I be refunded my money back..............
