Uber eats does not prioritise customers

I am not happy with the way they have dealt with my concern. I received spoilt meat (eisbein) from Spur Ferncreek. I raised a complaint and no one is answering. This is beyond a refund. It’s the total disregard for health. I mean that’s why you charge us a service fee?
