Uber eats.... Does Not deliver

Placed an order with Uber Eats. Specified meet at door. Tracked my order. When the guy arrived, he messaged to say that he had arrived, by the time we made our way outside, he had left and canceled the order. We took about a minute to make our way outside. Also, meet at the door, means, meet at the door and not down the Road. One can never get hold of anyone at Uber Eats Custom service line. The only option they give you is to order again..... Are u kidding.....they exprct you to wait another hour to have food delivered that might not reach you. What are the restaurants doing with all the canceled orders from Uber Eats. Are they reselling food that travelled and then returned to their shops. I hope not.
