Uber eats do not deliver and then do not refund.

Ordered food from Rocomamas thru them. Wrong order arrived. I laid complaint no reply for 2 days. I had to reorder 1 hour later. They say I complained to late. I immediately laid the complaint immediately 4 times but had no reply R650. 00 and they do not want to refund me. I am unable to talk to anyone as it is al automated responses. I will not use them. Again or uber witch I use a lot. Worst service I have ever received.
