Uber eats dissatisfied

Because I am in a leg brace and can't drive I decided to order a meal from Burger King through Uber eats. I was prompted that when the delivery person arrives I must use a 4 digit code. I received a call from an automated system saying the driver is at the gate . There is an option to call the driver, went straight to voicemail. I tried in numerous occasions to call this person. I then get a message to say it's delivered. I managed to get down to the security and I asked him If my meal was here. He says no. Then I look at the map and it shows where I am and the delivery person wasn't even close to the security gate. Now Uber eats say they not refunding me. How did this driver get the right 4 digit code to deliver to. Uber eats. I want my refund
