Uber eats dissapoints

Am really not happy I ordered something did not receive my food nor my money back and it is such a hassle on the app it keeps saying u will get ur voucher but still do not receive it on Facebook they want a certain number that am not sure where to find can't they just ask the driver if he gave me my food or not than refund me because it's becoming long overdue this card payment option am going to ditch it and cash payments they hardly have change ai
