Uber Eats disreputable company.

I have received an milk tart from a Bakery called bread box. The milk tart was not fresh I think they froze the item and defrosted. Had allot of water in the milk tart. try to reach Uber eats. Phone number was discontinued had no other option to go to the Bakery and return the item for a refund. Unfortunately they could not help because the money was paid to Uber eats. Try to contact Uber eats no reply. I am not satisfied with the order I received from the Bread Box Bakery. I want my money back.
