Uber Eats dishonest

I hope you can help me with this issue I have had with Uber Eats since I last ordered in March. The driver arrived at my house. The drinks had spilled all over the food we had ordered, ruining them. Before we had a chance to take phots, the driver told us he would return with our order replaced. He never did return. I have tried phoning the Uber Eats phone number which only disconnects. Through the app I have complained and was promised a refund which to date has not happened. Refunds do not take almost a month to be processed. Eventually the driver got my number ( I don't know how ) promising me he will reimburse me the cash if Uber does not. He no longer replies to my messages. What more can i do to get my cash back for food i never ate?
