Uber eats disgusting driver

I had ordered from Uber eat at MacDonalds Bluff over the weekend and it so happens that when I confirmed the delivery it automatically changed from my address to an address that I don’t know and have never been to. So I pick this up and call the driver to notify him of this and then hat I’m sorry. Fine the driver comes over with a huge attitude shouting at me in front of my family, so I apologise again and tell that I’ll pay double for delivery as he was asking who will pay for his petrol. No, this guy still goes in on me to a point where I had to go back inside the house and my mother had to also calm him down he still shouted at my mother like she was a kid. So went back out and gave him an extra R30 mind you I had already paid on the Uber app but because of the way he spoke to us I just gave him because that person could have come out of the car and punched us with the way he was shouting. I left a comment on Uber but it was not acknowledged. I’m never ordering from them again 🤮 I still even have a screenshot of the drivers name
