UBER EATS DISAPPOINTING SERVICE

On The 29/09 i placed an order via uber eats & never recieved the order, however the money was deducted & no one is getting back to me with regards to a refund. I was in constant contact with the uber eats driver & I called him 3 times, when he did pick up he then asked me what order am I talking about as he is not sure even though it looked as if he was on the way to me, after a few minutes I get a message saying that the driver tried to contact me but I was not available, which is absolute nonsense! It then said that my order was delivered but I never recieved it. When I reported it to uber eats I got a msg to say that the driver tried contacting me but I was not available & therefore I am not eligible for a refund. I would not recommend anyone to use Uber Eats as the service sucks! & they are *******, charged a service fee, delivery fee & the meal fee but recieved nothing!
