UBER EATS DISAPPEARED WITH MY FOOD!

I order regularly from Uber Eats and I have had a very bad experience. Will never order from them again. The driver disappeared with my food and Uber Eats refuse to refund me! I have logged several complaints, not able to call anybody and I just received and email where they said they will not refund me! I lost my money! DO NOT USE UBER EATS, THEIR SERVICE IS BAD!
