Uber eats didnt deliver

I ordered food on uber eats and my food did not arrive. The courier sent a notification saying they arrived, I responded on the app saying I'm standing outside. The map still showed the courier driving on route then turned back. I get a notification saying delivered. The map on the app still shows he didnt even arrive at my place. I immediately logged a call with uber eats regarding this and they responded as follow

I dont think I'll trust uber eats again or use them going forward.
