Uber Eats did not deliver my order - no refund either

I ordered a meal at McDonald's Pretoria west, that never arrived. I called the driver numerous times but it kept going to voicemail. The app eventually showed the meal was delivered and that the driver had been waiting for longer than 8 minutes. I did not receive the meal. I immediately reported but didn't get help and the customer care number was not working. I have attempted to make use of online customer support with UberEats but I guess they just don't care. I have been a loyal customer, unfortunately it's the last time using UberEats!
