Uber Eats deserves zero stars !

If I could give zero stars I would. Uber eats refuse to refund me on products that are missing or stale. I ordered twice this week. The first time they said they couldn’t give me a refund, I left it. Today I ordered carrot cake which was inedible as it was old, I didn’t receive a refund again. Uber eats communicated that I was unable to receive a refund because of regularity . As I complained twice this week.

It is not my fault that these stores failed to provide the products I have ordered or sell products that are not fresh.

I hardly order from uber eats for this reason and they expect you not to complain about their services.
