Uber eats delivery person ****

Dear team,I have had a very disgusting experience on 26/2/25 at 21:46pm I had ordered mc donals through Uber eats for R103.84 the delivery person contacted me and I asked him to come upstairs he told the security is not allowing so I told him to wait for 5 mins as soon as I told him the next min I see he has ended the order and the app shows delivered and he has uploaded a pic of the order kept near the security gate as soon a I go down in between I see the person has left and when I asked the security they told he took the order with him and left,when I checked the cctv footage what he did was he uploaded on the app that he was waiting for 8mins but in reality between me trying to call and text him it was almost 4-5 mins and when I spoke to the security on call the next min the app shows delivered so technically just after waiting for 3 mins according to him when I told him to wait for 5mins he left.When I went and saw the footage what he did was he took the orders pic near the security posted delivered in the app and then took the food with him and left I had also mentioned in the uber app that it’s a child’s birthday,this is not acceptable the full cctv footage is available I even tried to contact the delivery person several times but he did not pickup,I want a refund or I want the specific order to be delivered his is a extremely unexplainable thing the the delivery person has done.plz look into the matter or else I will have to take action this is not how a customer is supposed to get ****med first he just waited for 3 mins then he deliberately entered delivered where he took my order this is very heart breaking,more over I am a foreigner here from India,this is my worst experience in South Africa I want immediate action +***1 The above is my contact no.
