Uber Eats Delivery Never Arrived, No Refund

If I could give a no star I would!!! I bought sushi at Shooshi via Uber eats. Never got my order, I called driver however kept saying he kind find my location asked I told him via phone, sent him a message on number we where communicating with and the driver never came only saw a notification that my food was delivered😳 I then contact uber and they insist the driver came and tried calling me mind you I was the one calling the driver and they said they can’t refund me. I told them I never received the order and their driver kept telling me his lost even offered to drive where he was and he didn’t know where he was. Uber eats keeps insisting I got my order based on communication they have with their driver and when I’m asking for proof as I can give them proof of me waiting more than 30mins outside because my house has cameras their automatic system is basically telling to shave it because I’ll never get a refund I’m shocked at the poor customer service and how I’ve been easily de*****ed…
