Uber eats delivery drivers do not deliver food and lie about waiting time

Good evening.

I am not really sure if I will be getting any help.

However here goes, I placed an order Saturday evening on uber eats for a bin rashied and the driver stole my food and never delivered it to me, when I called him he said his not gonna give my food and I should stop phoning.

I contacted uber they refused to help with a refund and maybe you will refuse as well but walahi I never received that order and the driver was extremely rude and stopped answering the phone when I tried calling to ask for my order.

I do not order alot online due to ***** and I guess I just loved the food since I tasted it the first time so decided to purchase it again but sadly the second time it never arrived and i lost the money and the food, it's not even about the money I just wanted the food that's all.

I contacted uber they refused to refund they believed the driver and then just ignored my messages, I have been back and forth with uber for my money and no update
