Uber eats delivery drivers didn't deliver my food two times in one week, I want my f*cking money

I made a R280 on the 10th of February order from KFC the ******* didn't deliver my food and claimed to have delivered at the gate, the security at the said there was no delivery scooter we even checked the footage, yesterday the 17th of February I made another order from Fish and Chips Jackal creek, I waited from 4pm to 7pm for my delivery instead I got a call that the drivers are on strike and they will cancel my order but instead the guy claimed to have delivered my food. I hate uber eats.
