Uber Eats Delivery Disaster

Ordered McDonald's via Uber Eats at 21h00. Waited for an hour for the food, which never arrived. Then the Uber Eats driver, Kalonji Jiress, phones me at about 10pm to tell me that he can't come to my area at night on a motorbike, he's too scared. But he picked up the food from McDonald's Maitland and is going to throw the food away now. I am still waiting on either my food or my refund. Drivers have come to me in the rain at night on motorbikes from Uber Eats all the time... Why did he not reject the call when he saw the area? I am appalled and disgusted by the service delivery and lack of know how from Uber Eats especially during this Lockdown period when we rely on them so much.
