Uber eats delivery

On the 28 June 2025 , I ordered KFC via Uber Eats . To my suprize ,my order was never delivered and the Driver never returned my order even to the store , so I'm told by Uber eats that I am not eligible for refund and yet my order was not even returned to the store . I waited for my order outside the gate, and no Scooter came and if they say I was not reachable, then the driver is supposed to return the food back to Kfc , but he never did as I went there, the store tried to assist me but the Uber eats driver never returned back to the store
