I ordered Krispy Kreme that cost me more than R400. The Uber eats driver took a photo of the donuts at the office park, but never left the donuts with the security guards. If I was unavailable, why didn't he just leave the donuts with the security for me to fetch later? What was the point of the picture showing that he had left it, if it never was left?

He was also never outside our office building for the delivery as he claims but outside the office park. Usually on delivery the Uber driver calls you atleast twice, where I only received one call.

I find it unacceptable that due to his mistake I loose more than R400 and my Krispy Kreme. Uber eats refuse to refund me.

I expect an response as soon as possible.
