Uber eats ********** delivery

I ordered 6 items from Uber eats, only 2 of my items were delivered. They still took the full amount out of my back account, even though the slip only showed the 2 new items, this slip only updated after I have received the items. Now they want to refund me, but this will take 3 to 10 business days. I am a student and I am out of money for the rest of the month. I was counting on the food being delivered as I have nothing else to eat for the rest of the month. I am absolutely disgusted with the service I got from uber eats and will never use their services ever again
