Uber Eats delivery

I just want to let you know it took 1.5 hours to get my order from Mochachos Rivonia yesterday lunchtime - the food was cold when it arrived. The driver said he hadn't been to my area before and got lost - this isn't good enough. I will not be using Uber Eats again I will use Mr Delivery instead. I am so disappointed. The delivery was straight down Rivonia Road to Morningside. On the app it kept saying that the driver had stopped off to deliver another order - mine seemed to be the last one - just not good enough
