Uber eats delivery

I made an order today at game stores via uber eats, A guy named jabulani came with my order and I asked him to leave the stuff with the security guards, he didn’t and proceeded to take a picture of something random to act as if he delivered the parcel, before this we texted with the guy via the app and I asked for him to please give me his contact no. So that I can call him as the one on uber was going to voicemail, he refused. I went to gave and they gave me the guys no. And we contacted him and we said I should lay a complaint knowing very well it won’t be successful as he took a random picture and waiting time was over. I need my money refunded or my stuff sent to me. I even have a screen shot to prove him admitting on WhatsApp that I won’t get my things because he followed “ process” and took a pick of random something and made sure 8minutes passes so that it may seem like he was trying to get hold of me.
