Uber Eats Delivers my food on the street, on the floor outside the complex

I ordered on Uber Eats, from KFC Durbanville CBD a Fully Loaded Box with Buddy Bottle Order # 4ACD9. Intructions were meet outside and call (number provided)on arrival because we are in a secure complex which needs someone to open gate for entrance. Out of this world, the Uber Eats driver decides to leave the order on the floor on the road and takes a picture and uploads it as delivery. If this was crazy, this is now next level, Uber eats themselves upload this picture as proof of delivery and dont want to issue refund, as this was not received. Maybe it was put in a bin by someone or a dog ate the food. Its quite deplorable and unbelievable that a big company like Uber Eats provides not only terrible service but unhygienic service. Even the health council will have something to say about this.
