Uber eats delivers half a meal and then declines refunding me for the missing item!!!

Last night I ordered a half chicken and salad from nandos, via Uber eats. They delivered the chicken and not the salad. When I called the contact person who's details were in the app, the number was incorrect and I couldn't get through to the driver to tell him to bring the salad. I complained on the Uber eats app, and today I got an email from Uber eats saying that they will not be refunding me, and that I must take it up with nandos. What kind of customer service is that? I want to be refunded and compensated for my time and troubles I am incurring in trying to sort this out! This is absolutely disgusting from uvwr eats!!!
