Uber eats - deleting this app!!

Damn these people cover their asses at every turn! Complaints...automated replies, so no individual or unique situations allowed. Probably three times now I have had orders take close to an hour and a half to arrive (cold) and I live a block from the mall where the fast food outlets are!! Uber eats just moves the goal posts when they are late. No refunds, nothing. And I'm not blaming the drivers...they are all trying to survive and make a living. It's the customer/delivery/refund policy that is only in the favour of Uber eats! I'm deleting this app. ******* service!!
