Uber Eats deducting additional money

On the 5th October I bought on the Uber Eats app by Spar and the total of my order was R234.92 as I app**** my 40 % promotion discount. The next day Uber Eats deducted an additional R223.05. All of a sudden now my total was R457.97. Since then I have been trying to get the amount of R223.05 refunded or given back as a credit in the app without any success. I have been loyal to Uber and Uber Eats since the beginning but I'm now done with both the platforms.
