Uber eats deducted my money on my account

i used to order on uber eats,and everything was fine,so now I'm experiencing a huge problem with this company,every now and then,they deducted R50 on my account..they are saying its for deduction fees...and by that time i didnt order anything i lost almost R700,and I'm worried because im even afraid to keep my money on my account because of them..when u call them they are saying they dont deal with that,even if u write them an email,they wont come to you..they did the same today.. And im surprised because i logged out to their account..please help me im really worried,
