Uber eats *********

This company is such an inconvenience. Rather order via the place you want service from. Pick up, ask for them to deliver or use Mr D. Company prefers that compared to Uber. I placed an order on Saturday and the restaurant cancelled the order. App kept on saying driver didn’t deliver, I sent Uber an email on Saturday for them to fix it. They did nothing about it, instead deduct the amount of the order 6 days later and now they don’t want to refund me. They’re not sure if they can’t refund me either before or after 48 hours. I have the communication on both email and Facebook
