Uber eats debits my account for another person's order

Uber eats takes people's money without permission. I downloaded the app as a new customer and ordered food which was paid for via my debit card. The next day another unknown debit went off when I queried they said it was for another person and they confirmed it's for another account. But they refused to refund my money saying their system picked up a link BTW my account and the other persons account, it's actually ******* for them to just debit my account without my concent. The person that took my query wasn't very helpful. I mean it's their problem to get the money from the other person that didn't pay, not just debit my bank acc and say tell ur bank to help u, we can't do anything. Never order from them or put ur card details on the app.they ***** people's money .
