UBER EATS

I placed my very first order with uber eats and when checking my promos saw that I have a discount and tried using it, instead uber charged me my full R190 for my food without notifying me the discount won’t be app**** and then when cancelling they charged me a cancellation fee of R190!!! This is ridiculous, do better! Daylight *******. When reaching out to them and advising them about the issue of the promo not adding the agents are so useless and doesn’t read the actual query, very robotic. Highly disappointed. They deserve zero stars!
