Uber eats

I ordered food on the 19th October to the value of R285. O0. When the uber driver delivered the food we paid in cash R300, he was given a R15 tip. I then received a notice on my uber app thst I am owing R285. 00. The driver told uber that I did not pay. I have emailed uber and went on the app to let them know. I have never bought food off the app and never paid. Uber has know blocked my app until I make a pmt.
