Uber eats

I placed an order on the 06 November 2022. The delivery guy by the name of Lovemore did not come and he claimed he did. I got a message that he is at the door, but when I checked the door the was no one. they say no one answered the door. It is funny,because no one comes into the complex without the security calling us first. He also never called us to say if he is struggling to come in into the complex. So, I would like them to give me a refund, I can't be charged for things that they never delivered.
