Uber Eats - Customer Service and Refund.

Uber Eats and not providing you with your refund is ridiculous. They know how to apologise but not take action. This is the second time Uber Eats has not refunded my money. Uber took R29.00. Cancelled trip after payment. Same thing with Uber Eats. Accepted payment but was actually closed. No follow up after their “apology”. Customer service is shocking. They also need to pay close attention to their drivers. I highly doubt they check customer reviews. I’ll just jog to Mc Donalds then.
