Uber eats Customer Care Useless/Orders not being delivered

Good day

Can someone please tell me how to log a complaint

Last night I ordered The driver called to say he is here when I went out to go fetch my food there were no one however I received a picture to say the food was delivered

Even though I waited so long

I tried to log a complaint on the very unhelpful portal Nothing happened

What if this is a everyday thing that happens with everyone Shouldn't everyone know about it?
