Uber Eats constantly delivering food late and cold. Zero recourse after I've complained

Second time I've ordered with them that their driver has driven across town away from my house eve though I'm close to the restaurant I placed the order for. The last time my food took over an hour to reach me after it had been collected by the driver. Which meant my food was ice cold. When I called to complain they said they couldn't/wouldn't do anything about it. Now it has happened again. Order placed at 8pm.driver has collected 15 minutes ago and Driving in opposite direction right across city (further than if he'd simply dropped off my order). I won't be ordering through them again. And I'm sorry, Roccomamas, you've lost my business too as both times have happened with an order through your establishment
