Uber eats condones women abuse and refuses to take accountability

Uber eats is hiring people who can read and condones their employees to verbally abuse their customers. I ordered food and Uber eats driver was not responding to my messages and I even called him. I phoned the restaurant and the man said that he is Cape Town and he will lodge complaint on the matter with Uber eats. The food was not delivered and Uber eats is punishing me and forcefully refusing to refund.
