UBER EATS COMPLAINT

...The worst ever and pathetic experience i have ever heard. yesterday being the 06th may 2020/i ordered chicken licken from Braamfontein/they advised driver will be here by 15:05,which he came earlier than that time.so i was debited r73.90 and the driver named gift left with my food and no refund was done as i laid a complaint/the response was unfortunately we can not refund you. was kind of a service or rather bull is that? Is ubereats taking advantage of people and worse part the driver did not even understand English.
