Uber eats, Chicken Licken

My wife places an order through Uber eats on the app. Order paid for and said it was on its way. Only to find out the driver was trying to get hold of us as per the driver and was waiting for 8 min at the wrong address. So what does the driver do? He takes a foto on his app where he places it on the grass at the opposite street corner. And leaves the package on the grass saying enjoy your order.

There is no help on the app as customer care said the driver did what he had to do so we will not get our.food nor will we be refunded. So it's fine foe a delivery driver to drop you food that you paid for on the street corner and leave it there and confirm that is what he did.and it's fine. Even chicken. Licken owner and manager said there is nothing they can do about it. They phoned the merchant of Uber eats and they say they can do nothing about it. Chicken licken customer care said I need to sort it out with Uber eats.
