UBER EATS - CHEATING CUSTOMERS OUT OF MONEY FOR NOTHING

Absolutely pathetic Not even 1 star is deserved. I have lost R300.00 on the 19/09/2024. Driver never arrived with my food and or phoned me or sent me a message. Uber eats got no contactable number, you need to submit complains via internet which they dont reply to, or they come with feedback that everything was done as per policy and driver marked it as delivered and i am not going to be refunded.

How is that even legal or proper customer service. They not even investigating the driver, so he had a free meal or delivered it to someone else.

I am BEYOND FURIOUS, PATHETIC WILL NEVER SUPPORT UBER EATS AGAIN AND IM TAKING THIS MATTER FURTHER.
