Uber Eats Charging for Food That Was Never Made
1. I ordered 2 Mcflurries and 1 burger from Uber eats but Mcdonalds Carlton could not make the ice-cream. This they informed to the driver to let me know. Nowhere on the app did they make mention the items are not available. I then cancelled the order because it's unfair not letting the customer know their items cannot be made. I then got charged the whole amount for food they could not produce
2. Uber Eats is not coming back on any queries I have sent. There's is nobody to talk to and their stupid robots do not have options to get this query sorted. And I'm still waiting for my email to be responded to.
I want my money back because I am not paying for their mess ups because their stores cannot adequately communicate with their clients.
