Uber Eats charged me and I didnt get my food !

I order food on Uber eats and was charged but here's the kicker I never got my food! I try and complain about their 'Help' platform and I get no real resolution the page isn't user-friendly and when try to use their live chat function they just redirect you to their useless 'Help' platform! Even after you tell them about the error message there no real assitance!!
