Uber eats

So I got a 80% promo. I ordered and the promo was app**** successfully and was deducted from the total I pressed to pay and as bit was loading it says the promo can not be app**** I got the screen shots I sent uber eats a message on Facebook. Since yesterday they have been saying sorry and sending me all sorts of links I've filled it but the last link does not even work. It's so frustrating I struggled with the promo code now I must struggle with links but nothing is been resolved. Since yesterday and now this morning another link.
