Uber eats

Uber eats is the pits! I spent R500 (plus R50 tip out of generosity) and I didn't get my food. I had to drive all the way to the restaurant I placed my order with via the app. The employees and the supervisor couldn't help too because it was out their control .The help centre did not assist me at all, asking me the same questions as if they didn't know what I was talking about. No refund was made as promised either. Imagine driving to the restaurant at 8pm while the rest of the family is extremely hungry only to get no assistance from Uber eats support and leaving the restaurant at 9:45pm after paying for what you initially ordered on the app for the ****** second time. Sies!!!!!! I am disgusted!!!
